At RJ Dance Co, we believe that the inspiration to dance can come from anywhere. Our mission is to provide the Alexandria area with fantastic dance lessons that are both accessible and fun for everyone who is eager to learn.

Rebecca and Jeff are fantastic teachers. I have four left feet, and with their guidance I was able to start competing in West Coast Swing Events and move past basic moves. Rebecca also helped my wife and I with our wedding dance and it’s one of the things that people still talk about after our wedding. I would highly recommend RJ Dance to anyone looking to get started in dance or further than dance skills.

Rebecca choreographed our wedding dance, and it went so well! She is a fantastic, patient teacher and so gifted at choreography. She helped us have a truly memorable first dance!

My husband and I had a private swing dance lesson with Jeff. Jeff has a fun, laidback teaching style that made us both feel at ease and explains the moves very well. He is just about the only person that my husband has ever been comfortable trying to learn dance with! We had a good time. I recommend and would like to go back.

Jeff works with me both in person and through video reviews. Each lesson is very focused. He even gives me take home drills to do on my own to improve my dancing.
Beyond my own movement, he prepares me for different encounters on the social floor in a gentle and encouraging way. He also keeps lessons lighthearted with dry humor that leaves me giggling throughout the lesson.
I am very happy I found Jeff, I have seen marked improvement since we started working together, and I’m looking forward to continued lessons with him!
